Each cv will show the candidates qualifications and experience but also, importantly, it may provide an insight into the candidate’s personality and their individual views and approach to child care. Once you have selected candidates for interview our friendly and professional team will support you through the entire recruitment process. We can also provide advice on interviewing, recruitment law, working conditions, salary packages, contracts of employment and statutory obligations. Working with Harley James is a partnership between you, the nanny and ourselves. If we do not have a suitable nanny that matches your needs, we will advertise the position at no cost to you.
