If you lack experience running your own business then you may not be aware that all employers are responsible for their employees tax, National Insurance, holiday pay and employers National Insurance. Furthermore the cost to hire a Nanny, especially in the London area can be expensive. Experienced London Nanny Agencies will charge £1,000 to £3,000, depending on the Nannies experience and salary expectation. Most Nanny Agencies will offer a 4 week rebate should your Nanny not work out. This is a generous rebate however should your Nanny leave in the fifth week, this would mean you woudn't receive any refund and will have to start the whole process of recruiting again.

Our fully managed service is priced at £1.25 plus vat per hour which is payable at the end of each month. We ask you to sign our 12 month agreement, the agreement means HJ Nannies will replace the Nanny at any time during the 12 month period.
