Out of the four seasons, I would probably pick fall as my favorite when it comes to the best selection of television offers. Though there aren’t as many decent programs in the winter, nothing beats the feeling of being a couch potato on a cold winter day.
You just have to exert a little effort in finding some. You may not know it but there are actually a few good shows out there that turn out to be worth watching.
Here are some shows that I would like to recommend for your viewing pleasure whether you choose to watch it live or on DVR.
If you enjoyed watching The Office, then ABC’s Better Off Ted would entertain you just as much as the The Office did. It has the same office set-up with humorous kicks on the absurdities of their day-to-day corporate activities.
It is often compared to Arrested Development because of the impressive humor and good writing style of the show’s creators. If you want some laughter in your cold days, then this show is highly recommended.
This next show is broadcasted on TNT. It’s called Men of a Certain Age. Funny man Ray Romano and other middle aged friends present the fun as well as the struggles of being in the 40s.
This show is not just funny but dramatic as well. There comes a point where the situations can actually touch you and make you feel a certain connection with the characters. I personally recommend this show to all of you.
Lastly, MTV’s The Real World and Jersey Shore. With the growing popularity of reality shows worldwide, you will surely enjoy these new programs. Try not to miss the fun and excitement since there’s always something unexpected to look forward to in every upcoming episode.
