I am what some people would call an introverted, computer-obsessed, elitist, nerd. Some people call me that, but most other people call me much worse things. I have several friends, but we do all of our socializing on the Internet. I play lots of games on the computer, I eat lots of junk food, and I wear lots of funny t-shirts. That is me in a nutshell, and it doesn’t get much deeper than that. I was an angry guy because I felt the world didn’t understand me, but I never actually tried to go out into that world and introduce myself. My loneliness was mostly my own fault.
We have all heard the theories expounded by the Da Vinci Code and “New Atheists”. Stated simply, they believe that the gospels were written and “fleshed out” 300 years after the fact. Some even question whether or not Jesus actually existed.
Without a doubt, the television is one of the greatest advancements in technology. Most people these days cannot live without a TV; it has indeed become more of a necessity, especially among the younger generation. It has to be made clear, though, that despite its many benefits, the TV comes without risks as there are quite a lot of TV shows that are not exactly child-friendly. It therefore becomes of utmost importance for the parents to keep a close watch of their children especially when it comes to TV watching.
