We will make the hiring of a nanny simple for parents with no lengthy contracts, a free replacement within the first 6 months or no expensive upfront costs using our managed service. Unlike the majority of agencies who offer a 4 week replacement, at HJ Nannies we offer a 6 month free replacement. All childcare professionals registered with us have had a personal interview with one of our staff. Our nannies will have an up to date Enhanced CRB, childcare qualifications and the majority a certificate in first aid. During the interview process we verify the nannies identity, qualifications and eligibility to work in the UK. Additionally we ask for a minimum of 2 referees to contact. Every customer is very important to us, we want to make sure you are happy every time we work with you to source a nanny in London or Surrey. If something is not to your satisfaction, contact us immediately. In case of a complaint, the Company requires to be notified within 24 hours. If our nanny is off for any reason, be it holiday, sickness, or other, we shall do our very best to provide a replacement. We charge a flat rate excluding VAT. We operate a no placement no fee policy, this means our fee is only payable when the nanny commences employment. If we do not have a suitable nanny that matches your needs, we will advertise the position at no cost to you.
